Messaging, billing, photos, calendar, and both mobile apps are in the price. No premium tier to graduate into, no curriculum package waiting behind it, and no ads shown to your families.
Month to month, for as long as you stay
No annual contract, no setup fee, no cancellation penalty. If it stops earning its keep, you leave and take your data with you.

What if I have more than 10 children?
Larger capacities step up from $14.99, and we tell you the exact monthly figure before you sign up. Email us your licensed capacity and you have the number the same day, no call and no haggling.
Is there a cheaper Brightwheel alternative for a small daycare?
That is exactly the gap we built for. Our price is published above, so you can hold it against any quote you have without asking us. Send one over and we will tell you plainly whether we save you money. For a very large center, sometimes the answer is no.
Do you charge per child or per parent?
Neither. Your price is set by licensed capacity, $14.99 a month up to 10 children. Parents, grandparents, approved pickups, and staff logins are unlimited and free.
Are there setup, onboarding, or contract fees?

What happens after the 14-day free trial?
You start it without a card. If you keep going, it is $14.99 a month for up to 10 children. If you do not, nothing charges and you can export your data.
