How much does childcare management software cost?
Across the market, small programs are typically quoted a monthly platform fee plus per-child or per-module add-ons, and the total climbs as you add curriculum, assessment, or payment features. Ours is a single monthly figure with every feature in it, scaled to your enrollment — most owners land at roughly a quarter of what they were quoted elsewhere.
How do I find out what I would pay?
Email us your enrollment and you get a firm monthly figure the same day. No call, no haggling, and the same price every program your size pays.
Is there a cheaper Brightwheel alternative for a small daycare?
That is exactly the gap we built for. If you have a quote from Brightwheel, Procare, or Lillio for your enrollment, send it over and we will tell you plainly whether we would save you money. Sometimes, for a very large center, the answer is no.
Do you charge per child or per parent?
Your monthly price is based on the enrollment you are licensed for. Parents, grandparents, approved pickups, and staff logins are unlimited and free.
Are there setup, onboarding, or contract fees?
None. No setup fee, no onboarding fee, no annual contract, no cancellation penalty. You are month to month from the first day, and we help you import your children and families at no charge.
What happens after the 14-day free trial?
You start it without a card. If you keep going, you pay the monthly price for your size. If you do not, nothing charges and you can export your data.
